• The App does not require accounts and does not store your personal data on our servers.

• If you enable Apple Health (HealthKit), the App will access only the Health data types you authorize.2. Information We CollectA) Information you enter in the App
You may enter and store information such as:
• Profile name (a name/label you choose to identify yourself or a profile within the App)
• shot/injection schedule information (dates, reminders, notes, injection site logs you choose to record)
• weight entries and related notes
• optional check-ins you choose to record (e.g., appetite, energy, side-effect notes)
• preferences (units, reminder settings, display options)This information is stored locally on your device.B) HealthKit data (Apple Health)
If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, the App may request permission to read and/or write specific HealthKit data types (for example, weight). The exact data types are shown in the iOS permission dialog and can be managed in the Apple Health app at any time.The App uses HealthKit data only to provide App features (such as trends and syncing entries you choose). The App does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or tracking, and does not sell HealthKit data.C) Information we do not collect
• We do not collect advertising identifiers or perform cross-app tracking.
• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not collect payment information in this version (no subscriptions in Version 1).
• We do not use third-party analytics or crash reporting services in this version.3. How We Use InformationWe use information to:
• provide reminders, schedules, logs, trends, and summaries
• display charts based on your entries (e.g., weight trends)
• optionally import/export data with Apple Health if you enable HealthKit permissions
• show informational content in the App (health summary articles and recipe documents)4. Data Storage & SecurityYour data is stored locally on your device. iOS provides built-in security protections (such as device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and system-level encryption). We encourage you to keep your device secure and up to date.7. Your Choices & ControlsYou can control your data in the following ways:
• HealthKit permissions: manage permissions in the Apple Health app at any time.
• Delete your data: delete entries in the App (if available) or remove all App data by uninstalling the App.
• Profile name: change or remove the profile name you entered within the App.8. Children’s PrivacyThe App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.9. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.10.
